sometimes when i sneeze pee comes out but very little. does this happen to anyone else? & is it normal?

it happened more to me after I gave birth I hatttedit but eventually it stoped

Evertime I throw up my bladder gives out lol. I do my kegals but so far they are no help.

Yes lol so embarrassing and yes it's normal but you can do kegal exercises so it isn't so bad
