pain since baby moved had down

She's been upside down for a few weeks but her head has officially dropped way down to almost my vagina bone. When she moves I get these insane sharp pains that make me want to scream. I'm almost 31.5 weeks, normal? What is it?

K thank you! Glad I'm not the only one, And seems like some of y'all experienced it around the same time and still carried full term.

I have those pains and I'm 37+3. My LO has been head down since I was 30 weeks but she has been in my pelvis since maybe about 34 weeks give or take. I've had the sharp pains since she's been head down and since she moved into my pelvis. I've asked my doctor and they weren't concerned. I dont really have an answer for it but my think is its from my pubic bone being spread by her head and along with the pressure on ligaments etc. If its severe pain that you can't stand it and its constant I'd provably tell your doctor just so they could check it

I've had those sharp pains too. My baby has always been laying low but when he went head down is when o started noticing some small pains. I just got released from the hospital the other day because turns out I am 5 cm but not progressing nor had my water broke. I am only 35 weeks too but the pain started around 32 weeks.

Call your doctor. They know your body by now.. I heard ppl experience sharp pain as the bones expand getting ready for delivery. Everyones pain tolerance is nornal sohopefully its just ur body preparing :) my first came two weeks early and I experienced that stuff a week before delivery.

Seems to be very early for her to be engaged. I'd confront doctor about it, especially if this is your first.
