down syndrome/defects test

Will the Dr call you asap if results come in saying babys at risk for it or do they hold it and wait to tell you on your next scheduled appointment.

Im 8 months and 4 days and everything is perfectly fine

I think if they don't call, they send results in the mail. I would say you're good though because they would not have delayed information about a risk. I use health vault so I get notification of all blood tests when they're ready.

Yes. But I would call and see what your results are dont stress about it. I was told my baby girl was at risk and all they do is send you too a specialist for further testing. Dont stress

If u haven't gotten a call by a month ur baby is fine they will call soon as the test results came back n something was wrong but like above post those test have a high false positive

Do they only call and tell you if your baby has it? I Got it almost a month ago and I still have not gotten a call. Pretty much since they didnt call could that mean my baby probably has no risk?

They call but try not to stress. Those things are not 100%
