I read that if your baby's heart rate is really high there is a great chance of down syndrome. My baby's heart rate is 181 and im only 9weeks and im freaking out!!!

Ask your doctor for a first trimester screening, that's really the only thing that can give them an idea of anything like that... The only  I heard was that when your babys heart rate is high that its going to be a girl... Old wives tale lol

Um.  No not at all I was 12week when i had that test done and my babies heart rate was 181 and he/she has a 1-10000 chance of having down syndrome

Some woman posted a site where there was blogs from medical doctors saying that. But it had really bad grammar so I thought it was a load of bs but im still freaking out

That's a new one..There's no way to tell if your baby has down syndrome from it's heart rate. A sonogram has a better chance at determining it. If your doctor wasn't concerned about the heart rate, there's morethan likely nothing to worry about.

Where did you read that ? I have never ever heard that. My baby had a heart rate of 186 and I had the down syndrome screening and it was negative.
