You can wait til your next appointment I'm sure. I've been losing bits of mine and having a lot of pressure and I had a doctors appointment today and told her about it so she checked me and I have already started dialating so she is checking my cervix length to see how close I actually am and I have to start going every week now but she is?kt even making me stop working this week. I'm 31w3d

Nope. It regenerates. I lost mine numerous time during both my pregnancies starting at about 24 weeks. As long as you aren't in pain or contracting you should be fine.
