dry throat every night

For the past two weeks I wake up with my nose stuffy and usually bloody bugers and my throat is so dry I can't even talk. I'm not getting sick, pretty sure. I don't really wanna take any modification for it. Anything I can do other than tea with lemon & honey?

Humidifier is a great idea thanks! I have to have the heater on or we would all freeze! I live in the mountains in Colorado haha thanks ladies

Yes! This house is crazy hot and it's driving me nuts, plus we have ceiling fans on which dries me out even more. I've been sleeping practically naked with a humidifier in my face and it's helped a lot. Last week I was sleeping 4 hours at a time and up before 7 am for no reason this week I'm sleeping in until 10 or 11 so I am sleeping much better, now to only get comfortable.

Do you sleep with central heating on? I always feel like that lately but it's a lot worse if I have the heating on

I have the same issue. A runny nose, congestion, and dry throat have been my most prominent and worst pregnancy  syptoms,  so maybe I shouldn't complain. But it's rough to sleep and its very gone through boxes of tissues. I love my tea, but I'm careful with it because of the caffeine.  I recently got a Vick's humidifier which the pharmacist approved, I'm just now 6 weeks, and the humidifier is helping some.

I'm going through this. The bloody boogers jus started its creeps bc I can feel them bouta fall outta my nose and they hurt. And I have cotton mouth so bad at night tht I drink about 2-3 liters of water and I'm talking about I recycle Pepsi bottles when everyone has drunk it all to fill it up with water. They get filled everyday . idk what to do but keep your nose clean.
