dry throat :/

Idk what to take i think im getting sick my throat is sooo dry ive actually drank like a gallon of water n more to see if it would help but nothing my nose is.dry too ugh :( i feel like ima choke if i sleep like.this -_- any remedies???

Ugh me too! I have felt this way since yesterday. Dry scratchy throat,and dry nose. I called my doctor today and she said any kind of cough drops and throat sprays are safe. I could also use benadryl and musinex. That theyre safe to take. So im gonna try some cough drops and musinex and hope it works good luck to you!

Sadly we cant take cold meds. Ive been sick for a while too. Try drinking ginger tea with honey and take a ton of warm showers its helps make the cold barable
