DR OZ says bras cause sagging not help?
I am sitting here watching doctor oz and I swear thats what he just said. They are doing a whole thing on it.

I was also told not to wear undies to bed so it lets your stuff air out. apparently the moist heat is perfect for germs:/ but i cant see not wearing them.

Yes, I've heard the same thing but not on Dr. Oz I heard some where else I just forgot. Basically using bras is no use because your breast later on in life will eventually sag lol.
Lmao try being 44dd. Smh tragic! When your boobs are this big you need a bra. Couldn't imagine life with out one.
Lol my bras came from kmart...they are pretty, and i only paid 12-20 for them. Screw Victoria Secrets even though its my name lol, Im not payin $60 for a bra.

I always heard it was best to sleep without it on but during the day the support is fine? Of course, I was told this by my southern family who also told me that going to bed without underpants on was a good thing too because it let your lady business get air so that you didn't get infections. Lol I can't go without a bra and franky sports bras or Types similar are the most comfortable for me! Forget Victoria's Secret she can keep it lol
OMG! With big boobs a bra is necessary. Im 42F and I think I'd kill myself if I went to lay down with out one ane probably my hubby too lol. Actually he's a lil nasty and would probably like to suffocate like that. I didn't even breastfeed because I was afraid of suffocating my daughter so I just pumped.
Dam Im screwed Ahaha I don't ever take my bra off only to shower and to have sexy time. Not even to sleep when I'm done having sexy time I put it back on... I know that's bad but I feel exposed with out a bra....
I dnt know how true it is but my grandmother always told me not to sleep in a bra bc ur boobs get used to being held up and the muscles relax causing sagging.
I dunno.....im usually more comfy without a bra on especially for sleeping. I hate feeling like im constricted anywhere im not 40DD though lol but during the day much better to have a bra on. Or else they feel heavy. So far they havent sagged but im pretty sure i was told you need a good support bra. Plus if you have big boobs and no support youll hurt ur back :( my friend had to get breast reduction bevause she had severe back ache at a teenage years
