Does anyone have there coffee alot? Im 32 weeks i just started drinking it again i only get a small iced french vanilla extra extra and have had one once a day for 4 days straight i looked up the caffeine content and its only 48mg of caffeine when we can have upto 200mg a day im just wondering if anyone thought it was fine or was the same way and theie baby came out fine lol sorry if its long
If your doc gave you the green light for a coffee or two a day or up to the mg of caffeine that you mention, then I'm sure it is fine. enjoy
