early miscarriage? !

I'm having constant pain in my lower abdomen like in the center & it hurts bad. I just read that if you have those pains in the first 12 weeks followed by bleeding, it's probably a miscarriage. I'm not bleeding, but now I'm worried I might start bc of how bad these pains are :( I'm 12w

Im not trying to scare you but I never had bleeding just a lots of cramping but I thought it was normal because I was like that with my first but at 12 weeks I had a miscarriage . Go to a dc to get you check up . I just had Brown discharge ... hope this is not the case ! Good luck

If you are in serious pain you might want to go to the ER. But don't worry yourself too much. If your not bleeding, cramping can be very normal. The both together are not a good sign. Or any blood. I had pains like that early on and I was fine. Just watch for any bleeding h
