am i pregnant??

here's my situation. i have unprotected sex on the 3rd March. i took morning after pill within 12 hours. after 1 week, my "period" came for 7 days. on the 15th April, spotting occurs and it lasted until 21st April. then a regular flow period came for a week and the spotting occurred again till 9th May. i visited a gyno on the 9th May, and took Nordron 5mg. the spotting stopped immediately. the doctor stick a stick inside of my uterus but she said it was just hormone problem.

    Based on the above situation, is that possible that i am pregnant? i took a home pregnancy test after 49 days of the unprotected sex and it turned out to be negative. i dont have any pregnancy symptoms like morning sickness, except for bloating and tired. Would an unltrasound scan detect my pregnancy? or do i even need one? and one more thing, which is if i get back my period after the full course of nordron, does that still mean that im pregnant?
