Vitamins, water and decent calorie intake. I was the same way at first, but I would at least try to eat an apple or orange in the middle of the day. I didn't have too much time in the middle of the day to "snack", with working so much and feeling sick.
I take my vitamins and drink water . I'm 17 weeks now so I feel like I should be eating like a pregnant person should & I'm just not hungry
I eat grapes,1/2 an apple with a few cubes of cheese in AM, something with bread in the later afternoon and then dinner, if im not too tired when i get home from work, But honestly, I will snack around dinner time if im not craving a full meal.
I literally ate olives and artichoke hearts this evening...lol
