The midwife said lots of fish is good as it helps the baby's eyes :/ i just have price cod from chippy once fortnight and usually eat it all but just panicked about skin x
You can so eat fish as long as the mercury levels are low. Tilapia (farm raised), salmon, and tuna (I believe canned is ok but if you eat fillet it has to be once a month). I don't see why you can't eat the skin! Just remember~everything in moderation :)
You can eat fish and seafood!!! Just not large fish like tilefish, king mackerel, shark, and swordfish.... To answer your question the skin on fish (like salmon) is fine to eat.
Ur not even suppose to eat fish or really any seafood too much mercury
