eating tips

Any experienced moms know what foods to have more intake of or what eating tips I should follow this is my first pregnancy I'm 6 weeks and 4 days and want to have a healthy pregnancy

Fruits, Vegetables, Whole Grains, Dairy, and you protein and Omega 3 from meat and some fish, plus your prenatals(if they make you sick its better to take them before you go to sleep), also ideally youre suppose to drink 64oz of water a day.

Lots of fruit and vegetables. Also meat is good. Also taking pre natal vitamins are good but speak to your doctor about that. I make lots of fresh fruit smoothies at home too.
