It's very normal to feel this way. Just try to eat more often. My doctor encouraged eating for quality not quanity at that stage. Don't push yourself but dont forget to eat :-)

The doctor told me it's best to eat 6 small meals a day, it's easier to digest that way.

Hunny you have to eat though. Even at times when you're not hungry because your baby is. I tried this when I was early on because I didn't wanna over do it. I at breakfast. Like cereal. Or pancakes. Or whatever. But breakfast. With milk or juice. You need those. Then I snacked later and it was something like an apple or orange or whatever I could find. Like cheese or anything. Just something. Then at noon I ate something to get me by like a salad or san which or soup but a bigger meal. Could be the biggest meal since at dinner you actually wanna eat the lightest. That's just me cause I don't wanna gain anymore weight than I should. So a burger is cool too but eat healthy as much as you can. And drink water all day. I carry a water bottle with me everywhere. Just refill. Then snack at later hours. Like whatever you want. I'd grab celery and ranch. Or cottage cheese. Even chips if you feel like it! Then comes dinner and eat something yummy. Whatever is appealing. Then after you can snack again. Remember snacks are boosters. So 3 meals a day. Of course. And a snack in between them! So breakfast. Snack. Lunch. Snack. Dinner. Snack. The reason I did this was also because I didn't feel the need to over do it. You're not really eating for 2. You just need 300 more calories a day. Which is literally like a bag of chips. And that's fine. But I didn't wanna be eating everything all day. Hope this helps.

It happens to me all the time and I'm 36 weeks tomorrow. Just try to eat small meals throughout the day and snack here and there. See if that helps.

Mmm. Never really happened to me. My appetite never changed. I eat whatever I want. Try some crackers and soup and work your way up.
