So I need help with eating! I'm 16 weeks. I've never really had a big appetite even before I got pregnant but then when I got pregnant, my morning sickness was so bad that my eating habits suffered even more. I am trying really hard to eat healthy and eat more because I want my baby to be healthy more than anything but I feel so nauseas and have no appetite. I also do not take my prenatal vitamins because I can't keep them down for more than 5 minutes. I need some advice please!!
