embarassing tmi question

Im wondering if anyone else has a no sex restriction? I haven't had it since 13wks am now 21wks n sometimes ill wake up from having sex dreams n having an orgasm in my sleep n gotta keep myself from continuing it since im very high risk.... sorry this is really embarrassing, but is anyone else in the same boat n how do u keep it from happening?

My dr said no intercourse n not even think about sex, so im assuming that means no orgasms n no getting turned on

Are you actually not supposed to have an orgasm or is it just the sex part?

I mean its not a problem during the day, its at night when im sleeping n cant control it, its happened twice now

I'm also high risk no sex im 27 weeks now and havent had sex since the beginning of my pregnancy.  I jus cuddle w him and know that we will be able to have sex soon but its not worth loosing my baby. So I jus turn it off in a sense lol
