energy

Im7 weeks and4 days and have no energy what can i do

Eat right, drink water, take vitamins, exercise, and sleep as much as you want. Listen to your body, making a little person takes a lot of energy! And remember its temporary. In fact, for most women the.extreme fatigue gets.better around 18 weeks

Yep... resting is just what your body needs needs. A good diet and continuing exercise is said to help

Plenty of water, green veggies, raw unsalted almonds, and b vitamins :-) I'm due in May with my 3rd child, trust me, it DOES get easier! Good luck doll :-)

Same here im only 8weeks and 6 days and i feel drained all the time. Its a miracle i can even shower lol not to mention the nausea

ugh, I wish I knew.. it only gets better! (sarcasm of course) I'm 11w4d & I just got out of bed at 5 p.m. lol it's 7:40 p.m. now..

I'm tired.. every day.. all the time.. just praying the 2nd trimester God blesses me with the energy I need! (((:
