I've had an eptopic pregnancy and I'm now pregnant again. Is it safe to be intimate while I'm pregnant since I've had an eptopic?

The eptopic was scary for me too especially since I'm 18, and now that I've found out that I'm pregnant again I have been wanting the very best for this baby to be sure it is healthy. I am at high risk I've been told that's why I ask so many questions so that I don't make a mistake. Thank you for the congrats and congrats on yours also. These babies are definitely miracles (:

I had an ectopic in Feb 2011 had to be in hospital for a week it was horrible I'm now pregnant with a baby girl 38 weeks. You can have sex I was so scared to have sex because after you have had an ectopic you raise your chance 10% to have another one and omg it was so scary but I guess it's meant to be

An ectopic pregnancy happens outside the uterus usually in on of the fallopian tubes. It's dangerous because it is life threatening for the mother and the baby can not survive.  

I had an ectopic pregnancy a couple years ago I was so scared to get pregnant again. I'm 13 weeks now and the baby is healthy.  how far along are you?

An ectopic is when the egg gets fertilized but instead of making its way to the uterus, it gets stuck someplace else, like the fallopian tubes. It usually is not a viable pregnancy. And yes, u can still have sex. I had an ectopic in December. Lost my right ovary and tube. Got pregnant around April and still regularly have sex with my husband.

I also had an ectopic pregnancy last year. You can be intimate and do all the stuff a normal pregnant woman can. Unless high risk pregnancy and told by doctor. How many weeks are you? Congratulations on your pregnancy. After what we've been through I think we appreciate our little miracle more than others and welcome the symptoms that come along with it which are reminders that baby is growing and healthy.  We are more protective and fearful but we need to relax and enjoy the pregnancy.
