evening primrose oil capsules
I'll b 36weeks tmrw. Is it okay to start? Areythe spring valley 1000mg the rite ones? How do I use them vaginally or orally??...sorry for all the ?'s I plan on buying some today
I tried them to, didnt work but you can still try them i would take one orally in the morning and id poke a hole in another at night an insert it in my vagina as far back as i could at night before bed. I heard if u open one n rub it down there in btwn ur vagina an butt it helps with tearing like a perineal massage?? I tried them it doesnt hurt to.
It didn't work for me I started at 36 weeks and I'm 39 with no signs of labor
