evening primrose work?
36 weeks and wondering if anyone's done evening primrose and had good results?
Awesome I'll give it a try. This is my second baby my first was 3 days late and I didn't ever have contractions until the day I gave birth so I'm hoping this one comes early:)
I think you can take it orally and vaginally at the same time to boost its chance of working :)
Do you do it orally or insert it? I've read orally isn't as effective as inserting it. My doctor today said baby has dropped and I've been contracting on and off for the past 4 days. The doctor said if he comes now they won't stop it so figured I'd try something to try and help.
I started at 36 wks my cervix is is thick but getting soft and the doctor says she can stick a finger in and feel his head
