I had that for a while. Hubby did some online research and found that Grandpa's Pine Tar Soap was helpful for many women experiencing the same. He went to Whole Foods and got me a bar. It worked INSTANTLY. The bumps went down as i was drying. Was so relieved from the itch. It was getting all the way to my face n that was gone. I still keep using the soap to this day bc i don't it to come back D:. I also use Aveno lotion for eczema after so it keeps my skin soft. Hope this helps.
Yeah everyones different I just know mine became worse by taking a hot shower n from there it just got completely bad n went to get checked it was gross.. thats when i discovered i even had it
when I had the symptoms it soothed me. I'm not a fan of cold water though, so whatever's comfortable for you.
hot bath is the last thing you want hot water irritates it
another thing that soothed it temporarily was my husband SOFTLY rubbing almost like tickling it the and feeling took it away n it was so soothing!
hot bath with alcohol. afterwards moisturize your skin.
I just had that for about 4 weeks n it just disappeared. Not sure how but one thing that helped was cool showers then applying cortozone. My doctor recommended calamine for me but it did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Try it out hopefully it works for you :)
