exclusively breastfeeding, no period??

yes i know this is a pregnancy forum but since a lot of you ladies already have kiddos I thought I'd ask here plus the breastfeeding community isn't as active :p ....So anyways my daughter is 3 months old now and I still haven't had a period yet? The weird thing is that after giving birth to her I bled for about 3 weeks and then it stopped. I then started bleeding again 2 days before my 6 weeks appointment. When I saw my gyno she told me that it looked like my period and not post postpartum bleeding. Since then I haven't had any bleeding. I am married and have had unprotected sex (i don't mind being pregnant again) since then too but when I got pregnant with my first two kiddos I knew right away because we tried for it. my hubby has not ejaculated in me at all. I know I should take a test but I honestly don't think I am. Have any of you ladies experienced no period while breastfeeding? any advice? also i am having horrible acne lol and before getting pregnant and during pregnancy I have never experienced so much acne ever!! Could it be due to breastfeeding? with my first child I didnt breastfeed exclusively so this time around things are different. Thank you all in advance :]

I exclusively breastfed and didn't have a period for 10 months both times. And the acne is normal too!

Yeah that's probably the hormones too lol you can ask your dr for some birth control pills. That'll get your period to start back up. And no problem lol :) glad to help
