i had the ultimate worst morning sickness ever. i also had food poisoning right in the beginning and was super dehydrated they had to give me an iv. if you can't keep water down go to the doctors. i was sick for four days non-stop puking and diarrhea. it was bad i was only six weeks but found out it was twins the day i went for the iv. :) there is nausea medicine you can also talk to your doctor about it out becomes unbearable.

Mine didn't go away til a couple weeks ago and I'm 33 weeks. Some women feel sick up until delivery. But if you really can't keep anything down you should talk to your doctor before you get dehydrated. Hope you feel better soon!
