Yes, I'm 32 weeks and I still excersise. It helps with your labor if you keep our legs muscles strong.
I try to do 50 min of cross trainer in the gym, 4 times a week. other go for walks outside where you can breathe in the fresh air. also, YouTube has some great home exercises that help during different stages of your pregnancy.
I've been trying to. Went a couple weeks without doing anything but back on it.
I do an hour of light cardio 4 times a week and lift light weights.
