exercising

Is it okay for me to go jogging? I'm 6 weeks pregnant and feel like my stomach is so big because of not being pregnant but because I'm fat.

You're allowed to work out and jog through your whole pregnancy. The only thing they are concerned about is if you get cramping. It's the same with sex. Don't take my advice if you don't feel like but that's straight from more than one of my doctors.

Do everything you would do as if you weren't pregnant just a little bit more cautiously. Feel any cramping then you should stop

Yes you can still jog. Just pace yourself. Stay hydrated. And don't over work yourself.

That's bloat, and I don't think it'll go away after jogging sadly.
