horrible head aches.

So I'm lucky to not have any morning sickness or anything like that but i do get awful head aches every day. Sometimes i just cry. I know i can take Tylenol but i don't want to take it every day 2  or 3 time a day. Anyone have any advice on what can make them go away or at least not as bad?

Thanks im 11 weeks. I try cold wet wash clothes on my forhead too i just dont know what else to try

I don't know how far along you are but I have terrible headaches in the first trimester.I didn't take medicine for them either. Luckily a couple of weeks into my second trimester the headaches went away. I'm now 35 weeks and still headache free. Hopefully they will go away for you as well. Try putting ice pack on your head. It helped me a little.
