How to tell your parents ?

Hi. I'm 19 yrs & I'm 19wks pregnant. I haven't told my mom yet. She notice that my breast is like 3x bigger & my belly button sticks out & asked me if I'm pregnant & I said no. Idk how to tell her I am. The guy & I aren't even together, she just know of him & doesn't like him. Help please! Any suggestions on how I can tell her

its not easy that is for sure as you know!! i was 16 when i concived my son. i was like 5-6 months along and she didnt know i was pregnant because i always tried to hide it by wearing baggy clothes and of course i lived with her and went to school. so long story short i had some baby clothes from baby doll that i had and so i put each gender in the lil box with a rattle and baby shampoo and a diaper. well she was taking a nap while i was putting it together i sat down in a chair and like 15 minutes later she woke up asked how i was i said idk i guess ok lol. i had the box right beside me on the floor, she asked what it was and i said oh the box she says ya, i said its for you mom she said oh thank you  lol, im like open it mom so she does and she said oh this is cute is it for the baby doll and i said uummm no mom, she said lisa what are you trying to tell me, i said mom i think i might  be pregnant. she sat there for like a second then shes like ok i need to take you to the doctor, go to walmart get a pack of 2 hpt and go from there so before i even go to the doctor she made me do both tests at home and she started crying after seeing the positives and we go to the doctor, same thing happens but doctor comes in and says im sorry but i think we got bad news she is pregnant. my mom started crying more and she didnt talk to me for almost a week. but a couple days later after not talking to me she got her check and took me baby shopping and she was very excited to be a grandma, i mean from day one when he was born she spoiled him and still does lol hes now 5 yrs old and has 3 sisters but 1 step sister and we are having another girl.
sit your mom down and talk to her and just rip it off like a bandaid like mom im pregnant. she will probably not react the way you want her to but dont hide it! your mom will love you no matter what. good luck hun. i hope this helps for an idea

With my 1st child I fell preg at 20 and took my mum for lunch and got a strong drink and told her and then told my dad and they were fine. My 2nd which I'm not 33 weeks I told them over phone and they fort I was joking lol. U will be fine. Be strong and confident in telling your mum.

I was 17 and in highschool with my first so if I could tell my parents when I first found out you can tell your mom that (as a GROWN women) you are pregnant. Goodluck :)

Im 20 years old at 10 weeks and honestly i was embarrassed to tell my parents... mostly because i have only been with my boyfriend for 4months.. i found out i was pregnant at 5 weeks and didn't tell her until i was 8 weeks. I knew my family would be super supportive but it was still hard. i told her my plan, i reassured her it was going to be fine, but it's still a bit of a shock that her baby's having a baby. At the end of the day parents are going to worry but they love us unconditionally. Just work up the courage, tell them and then give them a night to go through the rollercoaster of emotions.

My dad knew but i had to tell him so i made him a card said new grand baby with a picture of the u/s so i didnt have to talk he just said i told u so or he told my mom

Deep down your mom already kmows she is letting you come to her and tell her in your own time, dont worry the shock may get her once you say it but she wont be mad for long, she will be excited to have a new addition....good luck!

I ended up getting married at 19 and my mom knew that I had baby fever. When we found out I was pregnant I called my mom while she was at work (she works as a bank teller so she couldn't get that mad over the phone infront of people). I told her that I needed to tell her something. She automatically blurted out your pregnant. I asked her how she knew and she said she had a feeling it would be either me or my sister in law lol.

It was hard telling her. I sat her down and talked to her cried a little she went outside to talk to her friend .... After a few weeks she was excited to be a. Gma. :)

I came to her with a "plan" like I have ___ amount of money my bf is working ___ I plan on getting on this and this assistance ... We  anna live ____ when the baby is born. That helped some

When I found out I was pregnant I sent her a picture of the pregnancy test and the picture message said "good morning grandma!" And she instantly called me... good luck

I'm 20 and 11 weeks pregnant. I told my mom at about 6 weeks. I told her over the phone. I cried and that made her soften. You just have to be honeat and straight forward like if pulling off a bandaid. Good luck.

Well I didn't tell my mom. She found out when I was six months..i wad only seventeen tho . Your an adult so it should be that horrible
