extreme food aversions?

I'm 11 weeks today and I'm nauseous all day but haven't puked much thank god... anyway. I cannot stand the smell, taste or look of any meat since I have been pregnant. I am losing weight from being nauseous and my doc said I'm fine unless it continues into my second trimester but I'm wondering what I can do about this because I know I need protein. I eat almonds for snacks and peanut butter sandwiches. Are these going to give me enough protein? What else can I try? I love fruits and veggies and grains but just can't stomach meat.

Hey, exact same date apparently :) but I know how you feel. Dairy makes me sick to my stomach. I've always loved milk and especially ice cream. Now, it just makes me sick. I've lost a few pounds because of morning sickness. I'll tell you what my doctor told me, take vitamins that can replace the nutrients that you're not getting. :) hope you feel better.
