extremely light headed

so late last night me and my brother went grocery shopping , I had a pretty bad headache before we left , but thats all I thought it was . just a headache ! then it got worse and worse as we got to the store then by the Time we went to check out the food I was squatting on the side of the cart bc I started getting light headed and blacking out , then I went to bag groceries , then he asked me to go get a case of water before he gets done checking out the food so I WALKED over there and BLACKED OUT TWICE I had to keep sitting on the floor, and I didnt really care who was lookin cause I wasn't finna pass out In the store , plus it was so late no one was really in there , 10ppl at t gg e most . anywho from then on I kept blacking out and feeling like I have to throw up with an extremely bad headache plus my tummy felt like it was being twisted and stabbed. got home and layed on the couch for a while , all I was wearing was a beanie , leather jacket, lose boots , thin sweats and a noodle stap tshirt , I didnt even care enough to put a bra one . I still feel nauseas ,my head hurts a bit and my tummy hurts  . should I go to the er ??

Call your doctor. It sounds like your body is telling you something isn't right. Could be low blood sugar, high blood pressure, infection. If you feel that terrible I would call.

When I was having issues like that the Dr office said it could be because I wasn't getting enough protein. Your body needs lots of protein to maintain a stable blood sugar if your eating food high in sugar or carbohydrates which turn out to be more sugar then your body is going on a sugar high then crashing. I had it happen too me several times I would get lighthheaded and dizzy and start to sweat. It was scary but one I started eating better I had fewer episodes. Also make sure your eating a small meal or snack every 2 hours. Good luck

I had ate a whole can of green beans that night , when I got home I ate half a corndog bc my body really wouldnt let me swallow. but as of this morning the only thing I ate was some slices of pickles hoping my nausea would go away but it didn't really help , then I had a bit of apple juice and ginger ale . im 14w0d :/
