im doing the same exact thing... just now im on pelvic rest and bedrest at 32 weeks to try and keep him in to term... drs said for me to take it day by day so they cant even promise that this will help... the thing about the way I feel he is so low that not even laying down and resting keeps the pressure away :/
I carry really low too...and i describe it the exact...and i mean exact same way you just fid...i went to 37w with #1...i have my fingers crossed w/this one too as i have an incompetant cervix...#1 tried to come at 24w...this one 21w...its very uncomfortable...you really just have to lay down as much as possible to take the pressure off... :/
Your bodies just practicing for labor. Trust me you will know 100% when its time, there is no mistaking it
In my prenatal classes they described real contractions as being in your lower abdomen and back as well as getting stronger & closer together with regular intervals. BH contractions can be higher up near your ribs, font become strong, are sporadic and less painful, if at all. Id go get checked at The hospital if they start becoming regular :-) hope this helps!
So now I'm 34 wks and 5 days. And I think I'm having contractions but its hard to tell if they are for real or not. My whole belly tightens and I can feel it in my back too. Its not supper painful anywhere but down really low like my cervix or something. It just feels like there's a lot of downward pressure that comes and goes but its not intense or significant enough to count or keep track of. I'm trying to say that I can't really tell the beginning and end of when this is happening. What should I do?
