fainting in the shower?

I'm about 6-7 weeks. (My first Dr appt is tomorrow) and I just had a scary experience in the shower..everything was fine and right toward the end I got the feeling that I was going to faint...I had to sit right down and change my water to freezing cold before I could muster up enough energy to get out...I still have the foggy feeling that I'm about to faint and I'm starting to feel nauseous...has this ever happened to anyone? I've never experienced anything like it :(

It happened to me in my last pregnancy.
I was reaching for a towel and I fainted and hit my head on the towel rod thingy. Now, the thing was steel and my forehead broke it ! Lol gave me a concussion & my first migraine !! Ouch

It happens to me all tha time. It happens at least once a day. I eat rele good, drink lots of water nd everything. It happens when I'm walking, cooking, taking a shower, everything. I even collapsed on my bed after a shower one time. Idk how to get it to stop. But it is very scary

It happened to me too. I already have a minor case of vertigo, and being pregnant has just seemed to make it worse. Like, for me I tend to lose my vision momentarily and get extremely light headed and nauseous. I asked my doctor about it and the only thing he told me was to avoid standing in the shower for long periods of time, dont make it as hot of a shower, and to either eat or drink something before my shower. And the only one I haven't listened to is the avoiding standing. I personally just dont have the extra time to just sit in the shower. But as long as I eat/drink something and make my showers a little colder, I feel just fine.

I uses to feel dizzy n the shower too, especially when I was dehydrated. It turned out my blood pressure was always low
Like 100/65. If I stayed hydrated and ate something salty every once in a while it happened less. Make sure mention it  tomorrow.

You were probably dehydrated. Hot showers will do that to you. Drink more water and take your vitamins!

The thing is, I don't really take hot showers..they're almost luke warm BC I have really frizzy hair and hot water makes it worse..
