Hay ladies so I'm very eager / nervous was hopong could help I'm due in 10 days n I was wondering wat the first signs of go in into labour r I've lostmy plug n had lots more discharge more of appitite n less baby movement no on contraction or bloody show...I've still got awhile just wanna know wat to expects...oh n tips on lessening the pain n psinnrelief would b good thnkie xx

I lost my plug a week today ;) been for a two hour walk too lol how long gone Was u n was they no really sign s then other then contrations n water break in how old ya little one ;) thnkes for reply in xx

I lost my mucous plug a week before I went into labor. I thought I was just having braxton hicks contractions but they were stronger yet tollerable but when I stood up my water broke! The pain started immediatley. Nothing helped me with the pain. I couldn't lay down, it made it worse and I was lucky if I could get in a breathe when I was having a contraction
