my sister is 29wks preg and she has this problem. she let her doctor know that she was always dizzy and they did blood work on her and found that she was enemic (sp) she doesnt have enough iron or something so now she takes iron pills or food with alot of iron in it which helps her. it could be that or something else you should advise your dr though.

It can be from a number of things...dehydration like the other ladies have said, low blood sugar level (which I have) its horrible...out of the blue I will just get so dizzy, start to sweat, feel like I'm going to puke and faint at the same time. What helps is sipping on something with sugar (like juice) and getting a candy bar and slowly eating it...just to get your sugar level up. Anemia could also be the reason too..especially when its really hot out. And the fact that you're Pregnant, thats a big one too! I would keep drinking lots of fluids and always have a candy bar on hand. Good Luck and Congrats!

are you pregnant or trying?  fainting is something that i guess is common in early pregnancy.  other than that i would say stay very hydrated and keep cool.  hot weather can take a toll on ones body.

I would call your doctor. I has been quite hot where I live lately and I feel like when I am outside and not in the a/c I feel faint as well, but if it has been a consistent problem and you do not feel it's weather related, I would definitely seek the opinion of a doctor. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!!!
