false labor.
Last night was a painfull and misrable night. i may have been to stressed out causeing the contractions. i just woke up so we will see what happens.

Could be still then, my last one things never got regular Id go hours where it was intense then nothing again. Made me crazy, probably would have gone on for days, my doctor decided to break my water after 19 hours, since they were real contractions, and dialating me slowly, i went from not quite 5 cm to pushing in 20 min. Hopefully theres good news at your appointment today!
I woke up fine but now that the day is progressing my back cramps are back and my stomach is doing the tightening thing again. i have heard of silent labor.
