I had both my children vaginally. My son was 9 pounds even and my daughter was 9 pounds 2 ounces but I was overdue with both of them before they induced me. I'm not expecting this one to be any smaller either lol. You can do it, and I agree with others, the ultrasound is not completely accurate. I would tell your doctor how you feel.

Its possible to deliver vaginally but talk to your dr and see what your options are. My babys measuring big for my size. so they have me scheduled to be induced at 38 weeks to avoid c section.

My dad was 13 pounds and my grandma had him naturally... Don't let them get your money! My advice is at least try to do it vaginally.

Ultrasounds can be off by up to 3 pounds. This is YOUR body, YOUR pregnancy & birth, and YOUR baby. Tell them you are not going to concent to a c section because it is unnecessary.

You can push a 10 pound baby out if your body let's you. It's been done before. My little brother weighed 10pounds. Just cause your baby is 8 pounds already doesn't mean he's all fat, he can be long too, which means he will be a tall baby.

In miami alone is 80% c-section, thats crazy! Thats why i went with a midwife 100% natural and meds free.

My midwife delivered a 9 pound baby.....so i think you may be able to unless your hips are small.....did you ask your doctor/midwife about this?
