I'm pregnant with my second son. I am 38 week's today and I think I lost some of my mucus plug. I went to the restroom and a chunk of whitish pinkish blob came out. I'm confused on whether or not your plug can come down in pieces and should I be worried about labor coming soon.

Mine came out in pieces. A little bit on a Monday, then a bit more on Tuesday, then that Thursday at 1230am I went into labor and had my son 9 hours later :)

And yes it can mine came out that way and it was ok and even when it was.all done coming out I still didn't go into labor. My contractions became more frequent but no labor so it's just your body getting ready but nothing to worry or stress about

I've never lost mine but I hear it can come out in pieces . sometimes labor is near sometimes it isn't.  I am also 38 weeks today
