Please help

So I'm at work where it's like 90 degrees with no fans a/c nothing. And I starting getting horrible contractions. Not reg. Just come and go. So I went poop (sry tmi) and they lessened up abit. I chilled and drank some water. But, know I'm getting a dull pain on my right lower back. And then a small contraction. Still not reg. I tried timing. It just hurts and is worse when I'm standing. Do u guys think it's just from working and being hot. Or possibly early labor. I'm only 27 w. So baby still needs time to bake! Please help

Yea I get BH too. But this feels different. I was induced with my first so I don't know what natural labor feels like haha. I took a few tylenol and hopping that will help. My back is killing me tho urg I just want it to stop haha. I sick of working as it is. I don't need this! Haha     :-)

Maybe its just BH? When I asked my doctor about them (I started getting them at 17 weeks so I was nervous) she told me that you can get them for a whole bunch of reasons! She said BH could be from something you eat/drink, the way your positioned, if your hungry, or it could just be normal. So I would think its just from working and being so hot so just kick back and relax :)

I've heard heat and dehydration can make you.go into labor. Hopefully someone has a better answer than I do
