I have been nursing my baby for three weeks now. It is so much better for them and helps you too.
Breastfeeding! After taking the Breastfeeding class at the hospital there is literally no other option for me!
Im formula feeding because I wasnt producing milk enough for my daughter. I would be out of milk and my baby would still be hungry. I didn't want her to stare so I started formula feeding around two months of age. I miss it so much sometimes she wants to nurse but I know im all dried up now
In almost 5 months exclusively breastfeeding ..
Breastfeeding! The benifits of it are amazing. Look into them.. for baby. And its a good bonding experience(:
I'm breastfeeding. I nursed all 3 of my kids and I'm still bf my youngest (he's 6 months). Its healthier for them and its also easier and more convenient. I don't have to get all the way up for night feeds, I just roll over and pull my boob out lol it helps us get back to sleep faster
I nursed my son for two years and miss it terribly. Can't wait to nurse another baby!
You should google the benefits of breast feeding. There are so many, but the reason I'm doing it is because it's natural and empowering. The benefits I like are: fewer ear infections, less gas, constipation, and diarrhea.
Less risk of allergies, asthma, SIDS, and other health issues.
Breastfed babies have been shown to have high IQs and better brain development.
The benefits for mom are weight loss, less risk of breast cancer, less bleeding after natural birth.
This is just some!! Educate yourself on the known benefits. It may be hard to do, but it will be worth it in the end!!
Breastfeeding :) I did with my first daughter and loved it. It was a awesome bonding experience and saved money. My daughter has always been advanced as far as learning and do stuff early and easy and I say its because I breastfed that helped her achieve more and also because I worked wit her. She never got sick until 2 and she is 5 now and she already ever gets sick. I hope its just as great as an experience this time too. But its not for everyone and some babies done respond to breast like others.
I plan to breast feed for 3 reasons. 1- it's much healthier for baby. 2- it saves money. 3- it helps you lose the baby weight faster
I really wanted to breastfeed with my first but she just wouldn't take at all and there was next to no milk when I tried to express so fingers crossed this little baby takes to breast even if it's for a short while so she can get a good healthy start. If not then formula it shall be. I don't really have a favorite or preference as I don't really see any harm in formula. Think you should go with whatever your more at ease with
Breastfeeding. I was lucky to have an easy time establishing breastfeeding despite my daughter having bottles in the nicu. Since then, I've learned a lot about all the benefits, plus I've learned for myself that it ends up being easier once established. (Nighttime feedings included me rolling over, picking up the baby, opening my bra and falling back asleep!)
I'll be formula feeding. I tried breastfeeding with my son and it was miserable for both of us. He was given a bottle in NICU and once he came home he didn't want to latch correctly so I was frustrated and so was he
Im breastfeeding because I heard it healthier for the baby. And I have friends who breastfeed and they talked me into it
