Im 23 weeks and i still throw up every day. Altoids is the only thing that helps me.
I started being sick in week 6 and I thought it was the worst type of illness because nothing would stop it. By week 8 I was admitted into hospital on a drip to re-hydrate me. The sickness continued till I was bout 6 months gone and lost 2 stone. But my baby was born healthy with problems. So although it might be hard to go through its all worth it x
I swear by Zofran. I'm 13 weeks and in the past few weeks it has gotten so bad that I needed IV fluids at the ER. Not even suppositories would work on.those days. It is definitely not fun. The nausea was what made me think I was pregnant (ftm). I also keep peppermint oil next to my bed and put some drops in the trash can liner so when I do heave the smell of the oil helps me feel better. I got that at a health food store long ago and was grateful to have it for this. I'm told the nausea and vomiting tends to peak around 8 weeks and that was very true for me. You are def not alone.
I know its horrible. Normally it can get better or go at 12 weeks but not always the case. I was sick until 22 weeks, (day and night) with my first pregnancy. This time I only had it until about 11 weeks and was only sick a few times. Welcome to pregnancy! it's worth it in the end ( i promise ) hope it wases soon for you. x
it is normal, and no it doesn't sound like it is the worst nausea:)) some women can't hold any food down. I am almost 13W and my nausea is almost gone!
It's normal ! I was like that the first 4 months of my pregnancy, my doc even had to give me meds cuz I couldn't hold food down n I lost 20lbs but it's normal n doesn't harm the baby just take the vitamins
