Try eating something and laying on ur left side for an hour u should feel little movements and the gas feeling might actually b the baby lol i thought my kiddo was gas at first but when it was always happening and started feeling like popcorn i knew it was the baby lol still talk to a doc to b safe :)

My doctor told me that a lot of women don't feel any movements until 25 weeks.

Your placenta may be anterier like mine is, at 22 weeks I could feel little jitters but not full kicks until 23 weeks because the placenta was at the front of him. Now I'm 26 weeks he kicks like crazy and he's very active, id mention it to your midwife if I was you though just to be safe. Many woman feel kicks at different times, don't panick :-)
