Im a FTM. However, I suffered severe reflux and indigestion before falling pregnant. Ive now found everything has multiplied because ive had to come off my specific meds. Sipping milk can sometimes help, i know it does with me. Water can sometimes also give you indigestion. So still drink water, but slower etc. Specific fruits can worsen it too such as oranges etc because of the acidity.

Its not a nice feeling for anyone, so my suggestion would be to see your GP if youre really struggling with it!

I took tums , indigestion is often associated w  . Heartburn . It doesn't need to be spicy or late to experience it.  Dont lay down after eating either .
