feel terrible

Hi all... so im 9weeks 5 days.... so far iv been great no morning sickness nothing. But yday and today iv been really ill.... i had a medical history wiv my blood counts etc ... but my whole body hurts i have ear ache back ache rli rli bad hed ache.... i feel very sick im shakey im rli dizzy. Is this just normal. My docs cant see me any time soon they r shocking. I dont want to gp to the walk in centre and them to think im bein silly and its normal. Please help x

I am eating alot better than bfor i ws pregnant i just used to eat one meal a day.... now i am eating 3 and taking the pregnancy tablets .... but my body doesnt absorbe ( hopefuly the tablets r stil giving the baby all it needs) .... i rli do feel ill cant even sleep my had hurts so bad x

Have u been eating and drinking lots of water? Doesnt sound good
