Advice help! scared & worried

I'm 34 weeks, I went to doc apt today & hr said everything was fine except I need to watch my diet since I gained 6 pounds from last week apt. I been healthy, I don't know why my weight increased that fast. I'm feel sad. Where I live is soo cold & snowy so I can't take walks. We have exercise bike at home, I was thinking of using that as part of my excercise? Is it safe to go on it? Also I thought of only eating 3 times a day (meals) & drink fruit smoothies to balance my weight. Do you think it would help? I usually eat meals, fruits & carbs snack (I'm going to cut this part out, just replace with eating fruits). I'm just scared of having a big baby & then they end up doing c-section. This is first pregnancy, everything was fine until now I'm scared of possibility things might go wrong. If you have ideas of how I can watch my weight, please let me know. I'm just soo worried.

I wouldn't be worried. Sometimes mamas just gain extra weight in pregnancy. It doesn't mean you'll have. A big baby. Just eat healthy. Don't overeat. And don't worry about the rest :)
