Do I have to sterilize dummys/pacifiers first before use? It doesn't say anywhere on the packet!

I usually sterilize pacifiers, bottles and some parts from breast pump. I just put it in the boiling water for a couple of seconds
A) I do. I wash them in the dishwasher to make sure that there clean dont need the baby to get sick
B) diapers wipes medicine (benadryl tylenol ect) extra pair of pants or one-z burp cloth. Passy. Booger sucker thing.
