im 6-7 weeks pregnant, and the doctor didnt see a heartbeat

So I had a Dr. Appointment today, and they always do a transvaginal u/s the first appointment. To confirm pregnancy and see about how far along you are. (this is my 3rd pregnancy, miscarried my first, 2nd was full term). Anyways when he did the u/s he said he could see the sac, and yolk that was turning into a baby, but no heartbeat. Well I've heard that before, but I was 12 weeks then. The Dr says it could be too early to see the heartbeat, or I may end up miscarrying. Anyone have experience with this? Good or bad. I go back on Tuesday of next week for another u/s.

:( I hope you get it...like I posted I carried 6wks over before my body realized the pregnancy was no good and my second one my Dr gave me pills to force it :(

Im really just hoping for closure. Ive come to terms with the loss and im perfwectly fine. I have two beautiful daughters already

That's usually normal, its still a little early.
I didn't hear my baby's heartbeat till I was about 12 weeks.

My first pregnancy ended in me miscarrying well the start of one at 10wks because my uterus was so big already I had to have a d&c my baby ended up dying at 4wks I carried over 6wks and had no clue :( my second pregnancy went full term my third ended in another miscarriage at 7wks and my fourth pregnancy went full term...I really wish you ladies the best and hope and pray all is well

Im experiencing that now. I went for my first appt at 8 weeks and they said baby was measuring at 6 weeks 3 days and no heartbeat. Came bck a week later no growth no heartbeat & told me id miscarry. Technically im 10 weeks now so basically wondering when I will miscarry. Dr wants to see me thursday so im just a nervous wreck!! I dont understand if my bby died at 6 weeks why havent I m/c by now 4weeks later. Part of me is praying for a miracle. Im so confused
