I went through something similar for months last year. Everyone thought I was pregnant because I was so sick for months. I would be driving down the road and start vomiting, and I would get real weak and pale before the attack. I took a lot of tests, and my doctor even did a blood test to all which were negative.  He said it was probably my hormones out of whack.

you might just have a stomach virus. Im pregnant already but havent had ANY morning sickness or nausea and then this morning and all day ive been sick throwing up and having upset tummy. I feel the same way I cant eat or drink anything or I feel like Im gonna get sick. So maybe you just caught a bug.
