IM REALLY SCARED!!! HELP ME!!

I'm 7 weeks and 3 days right now...and for about a week now I've been have a slight cramp on my lower left side...its comes and goes like every 30secs to a minute....it kinda feels like gas because it sort of rumbles...it doest hurt extremely on a scale 1-10 its like a 1.5. But I know there's something up...I'm really nervous though!!! Pleas help

No I'm not spotting...haven't been bleeding at all. The worst cramps I've had so far I guess were the implantation cramps which felt like my period were coming on....

But like stacey says if you're really scared and it doesn't feel like a normal cramp, go get it checked out.

I think you're past the danger zone for ectopic pregnancy (and from what I've heard, pain from that is really terrible), which is the biggest concern for pain in that area. Are you spotting?

I've had a cramp on the right side for about as long. :-) Cramping in the first trimester is normal. Most likely it's nothing, just a little baby-making discomfort. Asking my partner to rub my back once or twice has helped. Changing sleeping positions and a warm shower did too.

It wouldnt hurt to go and get yourself checked, it could be pain from your overies, a ligiment pain due to uterus stretching or an eptopic pregnancy, which should be ruled out, unless you have already had a scan
