Yeah its very difficult to avoid salt hehe... but wl now avoid in my food. Yesterday i drank ample water for swelling....
Hope my bp is normal when i got to my dr. But since 15days sometimes i feel like fainting but medhelp app says symptoms of 19weeks are fainting, backpain, etc so was not worried. Now i think is my bp low for which i was feeling like fainting? :(
It started maybe 27,28 week.my blood pressures always good, urine too.doc said to avoid salt (which is hard lol) an drink lots of water.theyll let you know tomorrow if you should be worried that its not just normal swelling.
Rockrose yeah luckily i was already having my appointment for tmrw. But was worried so wanted some advice from u all ladies or to share similar experiencesvof feet swellingbin 2nd Trimister of pregnancy :)
Agree with rock rose, I suffered swelling in my lower legs and ankles in my first pregnancy from about 26 or 28 weeks and from there he checked me for other signs of pre eclampsia, I ended up with pregnancy induced hypertension the difference between the two is that I didn't need to be medicated to keep my blood pressure under control.
Babyonboard24 did it start recently for u? As i have heard to avoid salt intake as much as u can since 7th mnth for swelling. Butbi worried cozbi m just 20 weeks and have started feet swelling.
ash, it's great that you have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. Your doctor will probably check your urine for protein and examine you for pre-eclampsia. Glad you don't have to wait to be seen -
Its been happening to me for awhile an im 33+ now .my toes feel so tight sometimes it really stinks..just try to elevate your feet an drink lots of water,it helps..
