I took it did not work. It can make you smell like maple syrup. It's gross. There medicine your Dr can give to you, and there is a tea that's call mothers tea it suppose to help your supply. Everyone i know swears by the mothers tea.

I do 20 minutes. And every 30ml is 1 oz.

Thats good. and how long are you pumping for if you don't mind me asking? i was told 10 minutes on each side. i'm lucky to get 30 mls after 20 minutes first thing in the morn, (unsure what that is in oz) and then I barely get anything throughout the rest of thw day

I pump every 2-3 hours. Except at night when I sleep I'll go 6 hours. When I go 2-3 hours I get 3-4 oz and the 6 hours I get 6oz when I pump. I probably should pump more but I just don't have the time. I hope it works for me.

For me personally, no
I think it may actually be due to a hormonal issue (which I need checked to be certain) my breast suze didn't increase at all throughout pregnancy or after and my lactation consultant seems to think thats why. So fenugreek may work for you and often does wirk for many mums. Best of luck I hope that helps

Thank you. They sell them in pills here so I was hoping it helped because I know people suggest it. I'm pumping around 25-30 oz in  24 hour period. I'd like to get at least 35 a day but idk how.

Everybody drinks this in my culture you can drink as much as you like.
We boil about 2 teaspoons with a cup and a bit of water to make 1 cup of hot drink. Then we strain it and add sugar to your taste.
sorry can not help as to a comparison of milk with or without fenugreek.
They also make fenugreek sweets fot the new mum

I did, dud not help my supply at all unfortunately.  And it depends on the dosage and brand. Mine was 2-3 capsules twice a day.
